Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, phone number (optional), company name, estimated number of units, delivery destination, and any message you include.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the date you signed up.
When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use quote request details to prepare and send your proposal, answer your questions, and arrange delivery if you place an order.
We use newsletter email addresses only to send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter email or contacting info@comfx.net.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences on your device: your light or dark theme choice and whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. This information never leaves your device.
Our contact pages include an embedded Google Map, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect information such as your IP address when these load. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we protect your information
Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Quote requests are sent to our business email inbox and recorded in a private Google Sheet, which Google stores for us under its own privacy and security terms. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in a file that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to Comfx staff who need it to serve you.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about, access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, email info@comfx.net or call 09953544639. If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you may also contact the National Privacy Commission.
